Security Guard Supervisor – 24/7 Facility

About the role

The Security Guard Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel across all shifts at a large manufacturing site. You will ensure continuous coverage, enforce security protocols, and coordinate rapid responses to incidents, protecting people, assets, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security guards on day, night, weekend and holiday shifts, managing attendance, discipline and performance.
• Prepare and maintain 24/7 duty rosters, conduct daily briefings and relay instructions from the Security Manager.
• Verify guard placement at gates, entrances and patrol zones; perform regular site inspections.
• Monitor access logs, visitor management, ID checks, vehicle searches and access authorizations.
• Respond to incidents, compile reports, collect statements and support investigations.
• Assist with onboarding, on‑the‑job training and reinforcement of SOPs, emergency procedures and conduct standards.
• Liaise with the CCTV control room, HR, administration, law enforcement and outsourced security vendors.

Required profile

• Diploma (military or police background preferred); bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of security experience in industrial or corporate environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
