Security Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Security Supervisor to lead our security team, develop robust protection measures, and maintain a safe environment for the organization and its assets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Supervise daily security team operations and ensure efficient task completion.
- Conduct routine security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Respond swiftly to security breaches or incidents.
- Investigate breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents, document findings, and apply corrective actions.
- Train and educate security personnel on established protocols.
- Inspect security equipment such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarms to ensure proper functioning.
- Evaluate security personnel performance.
- Monitor security vendor attendance.
- Maintain and update the lost‑and‑found sheet.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in security or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with security surveillance software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
