Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will own the end‑to‑end AR process for Blu EV, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections and compliance with IFRS. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Treasury and Revenue Assurance to keep cash flow healthy and receivable balances reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the AR ledger, generate customer invoices and post entries in the ERP system.
• Drive collections by following up on overdue balances and coordinating with customers and sales teams.
• Prepare and analyse AR aging reports, flag high‑risk accounts and escalate overdue items.
• Reconcile customer payments, the AR sub‑ledger and the General Ledger, resolving any discrepancies.
• Investigate billing disputes, payment issues and deductions, and support bad‑debt provisioning and write‑offs.
• Produce regular AR reports covering aging, DSO, collections performance and provisioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in collections.
• Experience in telecom or value‑added services is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer follow‑up and stakeholder coordination.
