Senior Analyst – Customer Experience (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Customer Experience Group in Bangkok. You will work with large‑scale customer data to generate insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions across the business. The role offers the chance to influence product, marketing, and operational initiatives in a fast‑growing travel technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end analytical projects, from problem definition to result communication.
• Deliver actionable analyses and recommendations to stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Partner Services.
• Develop predictive models such as customer wait‑time or call‑demand forecasts.
• Segment customers based on usage patterns of customer service channels.
• Design and implement dashboards for business users.
• Produce regular performance reports and ensure timely, error‑free delivery.
• Share findings through impactful visualisations and clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field with strong academic results.
• 4+ years of experience working with large datasets and experimentation.
• Proven ability to define business problems, choose appropriate analytical approaches, and extract relevant data efficiently.
• Experience communicating insights to senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
