Senior Architect – Lead Design & Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the preparation and coordination of architectural working drawings and construction documentation for our projects in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, finishing schedules, and construction details to company quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support the Working Team Leader, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide junior architects and review technical documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, local regulations, and applicable standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural working drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and technical documentation.
• Proven coordination skills with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Consultancy firm experience preferred.
