Senior Associate Service Designer

About the role

PwC’s Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) is seeking a Senior Associate Service Designer to shape and improve user experiences across its technology‑driven services. The role blends strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise to deliver service solutions that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end service design from concept through implementation, applying design‑thinking methods.
• Facilitate workshops and co‑design sessions with stakeholders and users to gather requirements.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyse findings and translate insights into service improvement opportunities.
• Create prototypes, service blueprints and conduct usability testing to iterate designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers and senior leadership to ensure alignment and integration.
• Monitor service performance, collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service design or related disciplines, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize research data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
