Senior Bidding Engineer

About the role

We are a leading automation engineering company and authorized Rockwell Automation agent, seeking a Senior Bidding Engineer to support our growing portfolio of industrial projects. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to develop competitive bids for automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation and industrial projects.
• Analyse RFQs, specifications and project requirements to define scope.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and procurement teams to gather data.
• Develop cost estimates, bills of quantities and pricing strategies.
• Ensure all bids comply with client requirements and Rockwell Automation standards.
• Support pre‑sales activities and provide technical clarifications to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in bidding, proposals or pre‑sales within automation or industrial projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
