Senior BIM Architect Coordinator

Main Missions

• Lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specifically for architectural workflows.
• Create, review, and optimize detailed architectural and construction drawings to ensure technical accuracy.
• Manage and maintain high-quality BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and technical requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive submission packages and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless design-to-construction solutions.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in architectural coordination within a BIM-driven environment.
• Strong ability to manage complex data and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical drawings.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale international construction setting.
