Senior Civil Site Engineer

About the role

The Senior Civil Site Engineer will be based on‑site in El Mansoura, overseeing daily civil and structural construction activities. You will ensure that all work aligns with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations while coordinating with project managers, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily civil and structural works to guarantee compliance with drawings, specifications and codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality‑control checks, reporting any non‑conformities.
• Review and interpret technical documents, drawings and contracts to support accurate execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, resolve technical issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of site processes and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in civil and structural site management, preferably on infrastructure or building projects in the Middle East or Africa.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and on‑site leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
