Senior Customer Training Engineer

About the role

Siemens EDA is seeking a Senior Customer Training Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality training for its Design Verification (DVT) product family. The role combines virtual, in‑person, and on‑demand training delivery with curriculum creation to help customers adopt Siemens tools more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions through live virtual classes, on‑site workshops, and pre‑recorded self‑paced modules.
• Collaborate with training operations to schedule and organise training events.
• Work with customers, sales, product, and support teams to identify enhancements to existing courses and define new training topics.
• Create and maintain training materials, including slide decks, hands‑on labs, video tutorials, and assessments.
• Update curriculum and training assets in line with product release schedules.
• Collect and analyse student feedback, reporting issues to product, support, and sales teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Siemens EDA DVT tools and design verification concepts.
• Professional presentation skills and the ability to answer technical questions promptly.
• Experience in developing curriculum and instructional materials for engineering audiences.
• Ability to work with global instructors and adapt content for different delivery formats.
