Senior Design Associate

About the role

Evalueserve is seeking a Senior Design Associate to join its Professional Services & Asset & Wealth Management team. In this role you will create modern, high‑impact visual designs for a wide range of client deliverables, helping global organisations make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact designs for layout and formatting across brochures, presentations, emailers, social media posts, interactive PDFs, illustrations, dashboards and microsites.
• Design and build visual themes while ensuring consistency across all design products.
• Interpret data and produce charts, tables and formatted documents using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Communicate directly with global clients, lead briefing calls and provide accurate turnaround times.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and maintain regular reporting of completed work.

Required profile

• Graduate in design or a relevant diploma from a recognised institute.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Design‑thinking mindset to solve challenges creatively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse, international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of animation techniques (a plus).
• Experience with video editing tools (a plus).
