Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and delivery systems that power our engineering organization. The role focuses on creating reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery pipelines while bridging development and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
• Own deployment processes, release management, and rollback strategies.
• Monitor system reliability, performance, and availability; respond to incidents.
• Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository standards at the infrastructure level.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Enforce security best practices across pipelines, environments, and access controls.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve build, deployment, and environment issues.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including observability, alerting, and on‑call processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) covering networking, compute, and storage.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version‑control best practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Ability to script and automate using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a reliability and uptime mindset.
