Senior Full‑Stack Developer – Digital Products

About the role

The Senior Full‑Stack Developer will lead the design, development, deployment and continuous improvement of ITIDA's customer‑facing digital products, including public websites, service portals and API integrations. Reporting to the IT Manager, the role works closely with the Internal Applications team and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain public‑facing websites, portals and digital platforms with responsive, accessible front‑end interfaces.
• Build robust back‑end services, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and integrate third‑party and government systems.
• Ensure applications meet web security standards (OWASP Top 10) and performance benchmarks.
• Contribute to framework, tool and hosting architecture selection; enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and monitor application health using observability tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with Business Analysts and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack development of external digital products.
• Ability to work autonomously and take end‑to‑end ownership from requirements to production.
• Strong understanding of web security (OWASP) and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Responsive front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Back‑end development with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• Automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
• Observability and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of web security standards (OWASP Top 10).
