About the role

Rosella, a Germany‑based full‑service digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual creation for its Gulf‑region clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality, brand‑consistent, conversion‑driven designs across social media, advertising and branding projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets such as social media graphics, banners, ads and other digital creatives.
• Lead creative execution for campaigns with minimal supervision, translating briefs into high‑performing designs.
• Edit and produce short‑form video content for social platforms and campaign use.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation and production workflows.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, brand identity work and digital format expertise.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet tight deadlines.
