Senior HSE Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to health and well-being, is hiring a Senior HSE Specialist in Haram. The role covers HSE compliance, risk management, inspections, emergency and environmental safety, and continuous improvement across site, projects, contractors and emergency activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE procedures, standards, documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement safe systems of work, permit-to-work (PTW) and critical-risk controls across site, projects, contractors and emergency activities.
• Carry out HSE inspections, manage findings and corrective actions, and ensure contractor compliance with site HSE requirements.
• Ensure readiness of fire protection, emergency systems, critical safety equipment, chemical safety and environmental controls.
• Support incident investigations, deliver HSE training and awareness, take part in audits and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Pharmacy.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in HSE, industrial, manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience in inspections, incident follow-up, contractor safety and HSE documentation is preferred.
