Senior Manager – Oracle EPM

About the role

Join PwC’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice as a Senior Manager focused on Oracle solutions. You will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and other business leaders to deliver cost‑reduction, faster cycle times and actionable insights through modern planning, reporting and consolidation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end EPM transformation projects covering financial consolidation, planning, cost management and integrated reporting.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams in the UK, Germany and the Middle East to design, configure and test Oracle, OneStream or Anaplan solutions.
• Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing across the practice.
• Manage client engagements to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are met.
• Drive new business opportunities and contribute to thought‑leadership in finance transformation.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience delivering EPM projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, configure solutions and support post‑go‑live activities.
• Comfortable working in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
