Senior Manager – SuccessFactors (SAP)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Create quality solution documentation, including functional specifications.
• Configure and build the specific SAP SuccessFactors module you specialize in.
• Participate in design discussions with clients and lead process design sessions.
• Support evaluation of solution scenarios and detail technical specifications.
• Identify and develop RICEFW objects as needed.
• Provide effort estimations for functional tasks.
• Manage own workload and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle data migration, cut‑over activities, and post‑go‑live issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SuccessFactors Compensation, Learning Management, or Recruiting.
• Proven ability to produce functional specifications and configuration builds.
• Experience in design workshops and client interaction.
• Capability to estimate effort and manage workload independently.
• Willingness to support data migration and post‑implementation support.
