Senior Mobile Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑quality Flutter applications. You will work closely with an international team to build scalable, performant, and accessible mobile experiences for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship production‑ready Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
• Apply Clean Architecture principles, ensuring maintainable and testable code.
• Integrate REST APIs and Firebase services, handling authentication, data sync, and analytics.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage version control with Git.
• Release applications to the App Store and Google Play, including crash reporting with Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Implement offline‑first capabilities and support multilingual/RTL layouts.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of quality and collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart, with shipped apps in the stores.
• Architecture‑mindset focused on clean, testable code.
• Commitment to performance, security, accessibility, and long‑term reliability.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with international partners.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership and mentors others.
