Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency serving the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead lead‑generation and commerce campaigns for top regional brands. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution and optimisation of high‑volume, cross‑channel paid media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, create, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, allocate spend across channels and adjust for seasonality and promotional cycles.
• Analyse performance data, produce actionable reports and drive revenue‑focused optimisation.
• Lead a team of performance marketers, providing guidance and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of performance marketing experience, including at least 1 year managing a team.
• Proven track record in lead‑generation, e‑commerce and app‑install campaigns.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel strategy and B2B marketing (a plus).

Required skills

• Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Search, DV360, GA4, Google Analytics.
• Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• Keyword research, campaign build‑outs, bid management, A/B copy testing.
• Retargeting/remarketing, Amazon Brand Analytics, MMPs (plus).
