Missions principales

• Directly oversee and optimize the daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches to ensure seamless performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans and growth initiatives to increase market share.
• Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulations, pharmaceutical standards, and internal company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy teams, fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous training.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage inventory levels, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical retail management and multi-site operations.
• Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within the pharmacy or healthcare retail sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Exceptional analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics and multiple locations simultaneously.
