Senior Presales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant to lead the creation of technical and financial proposals for Saudi government and private sector digital transformation projects. The role is fully remote and will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling, value‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of technical, financial, and consultancy service proposals.
• Align solutions with client requirements, ensuring clarity, innovation, and strong value propositions.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analysis, define pricing strategies, and protect profitability.
• Engage with clients as a trusted advisor to understand business goals and recommend impactful solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to deliver cohesive proposals.
• Present technical and financial solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Use feedback and industry trends to continuously improve pre‑sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in pre‑sales or technical sales within IT or consulting.
• Proven experience working with Saudi government entities and familiarity with Digital Government Authority (DGA) frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in writing and delivering technical and consultancy proposals.
• Strong knowledge of IT consulting, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset.
