Senior Project Management Executive

About the role

As a Senior Executive in Project Management, you will ensure that operations deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, following global SOPs. You will collaborate across multiple functions to meet client commitments and drive high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Consumer Insights projects from proposal and costing through setup, fielding, analysis, and final delivery.
• Partner with Client Service, Operations, external vendors and other partners to meet agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate risks to project success and profitability.
• Provide hands‑on support to Client Service teams and mentor other project managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity gains across the market.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of market research experience, preferably in operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a dynamic, remote environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude and high utilization of time and resources.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with communication tools used for remote collaboration.
