Senior Project Manager - Innovation & Renovation (I&R)

Main Missions

• Lead end-to-end (E2E) execution of medium to high-complexity I&R projects, from initial identification to final delivery.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project flow and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX requests, and business case preparation to guarantee expected ROI.
• Define innovation profiles, conduct gap analyses, and proactively manage risks and scope changes.
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving project management tools and methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance desirability, viability, and feasibility.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of influencing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Analytical rigor in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
