Senior Project Manager – IT/ERP (VOIS)

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale IT and ERP projects. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, from feasibility through to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align on project requirements, timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder interactions to identify, track and resolve issues.
• Oversee deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project methodologies.
• Develop and maintain clear communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports based on data analysis and project updates.
• Manage change requests, communicating impacts on schedule and budget.
• Support creation of user documentation, training materials and hand‑over processes.
• Monitor client satisfaction and secure acceptance of deliverables.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience delivering large‑scale IT or ERP projects.
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and meet agreed timelines.
• Strong understanding of established project delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets in complex project environments.
• Educational background in a relevant field (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
• Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous.
