Senior Property Consultant – Real Estate Agent

About the role

Coldwell Banker® is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join its Egyptian team. This full‑time, on‑site position will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, follow up on inquiries, and generate a pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare listings, and create marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate with legal and financial partners, and ensure smooth closing processes.
• Collaborate closely with branch teams and management to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Proven sales expertise, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate within Egypt.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet targets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are advantageous.
