Senior RDD Manager – Tenant Fit‑Out Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Associate – Senior RDD Manager to lead tenant fit‑out projects across our East and West property portfolios. The role sits within the Property Management department and requires a proactive, can‑do attitude to ensure design, construction and life‑safety standards are met on time and to budget.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tenant coordination processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in design, construction and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with property managers, operations and leasing teams to schedule and monitor construction activities.
• Develop and maintain conceptual budgets for tenant projects involving landlord work.
• Supervise consultants, contractors and the permit‑approval process for each tenant fit‑out.
• Coordinate pre‑construction and construction meetings, tie‑ins to landlord systems, and design hand‑offs.
• Maintain comprehensive project schedules and master documentation, including hand‑over packages for legal closure.
• Enforce and update company technical specifications and building regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail design and delivery or tenant fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven track record managing commercial or mixed‑use property portfolios.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety and compliance standards.
• Basic financial knowledge covering budgets, cost variations and reconciliations.
