Senior Recruiter (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

Soum is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a portfolio of open positions across the business. This remote role, based in Egypt, will drive high‑volume searches, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a fast, respectful hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 5‑8+ concurrent roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes.
• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews and deliver clear, data‑driven candidate assessments.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date ATS (Lever) with accurate pipeline stages and notes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Soum’s regional reputation.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a startup, scale‑up, or tech marketplace.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions (Tech, Operations, Commercial) with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort advising hiring managers.
• Fluent English and Arabic for collaboration with the Riyadh team.
• Self‑motivated, remote‑working mindset with a bias toward action.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Lever ATS.
