Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across the region, designing and executing hiring strategies for current and future vacancies. As a trusted advisor, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles at all levels, ensuring a premium candidate experience and supporting the growth of our client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored attraction strategies.
• Design and execute recruitment plans, including sourcing, screening, assessment and short‑listing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing guidance and best‑practice recruitment advice.
• Champion effective candidate management to deliver a premium Korn Ferry and client experience.
• Mentor and support junior team members in developing their recruitment skills.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) in an in‑house, agency or RPO setting.
• Demonstrated consultative recruitment approach with HR, business leaders and candidates.
• Experience working with the Saudi market and supporting senior leadership recruitment.
• Track record of creating and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern candidate sourcing methodologies.
