Senior RTR Specialist

About the role

The Senior RTR Specialist will lead the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) function, ensuring accurate and timely period‑end close activities across multiple finance systems. You will work closely with internal and external auditors and support the preparation of key financial statements and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full period‑end close process, including SAP, HFM, Helios, CFIN and other legacy systems.
• Prepare and approve balance‑sheet and P&L reconciliations, and coordinate quarterly and annual reporting submissions.
• Facilitate post‑close review meetings and provide periodic status updates on reconciliations.
• Post bank statements, manage open items, and maintain the chart of accounts.
• Maintain SAP financial master data, post manual journal entries, and test new SAP releases.
• Support external and internal audit reviews, and contribute to management representation letters and compliance checklists.
• Record accounting for advertising accruals, consumer promotion expenses, currency exposures, hedging activities, and unrealized gains/losses.
• Execute any additional tasks defined in the Service Catalogue.
