Senior Sales Specialist – HR Outsourcing

About the role

HeadMost is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist with a background in HR outsourcing to drive new business in Cairo. The role is full-time, on-site and focuses on the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, supporting organisations that need flexible HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads for HR outsourcing services.
• Conduct prospect meetings, perform needs analysis and present tailored solutions.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to align service delivery with client requirements.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Represent HeadMost at client meetings, industry events and networking gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HR outsourcing or related professional services.
• Strong track record of managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities, with confidence handling objections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency with standard office productivity software.
• Negotiation, presentation and proposal-writing capabilities.
