Senior SAP CX Consultant – ETIC

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior SAP CX Consultant to help leading organisations improve customer experiences through the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The role involves working with global clients across industries to drive digital transformation in sales and service domains.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements for SAP CX projects.
• Design, configure and optimise SAP CX Sales and Service solutions, including S/4HANA Service and CRM components.
• Suggest system enhancements and integrate CX solutions with finance, sales and logistics processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and technical experts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging SAP CX technologies such as AI and automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT or a related field.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience with SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM.
• Proven experience in business‑process improvement within sales or service environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
