Senior Site Engineer - Electrical

About the role

The Senior Site Engineer – Electrical will oversee daily site activities, ensuring that electrical designs are implemented correctly, safely, and on schedule. You will coordinate with contractors, sub‑contractors, and internal teams to maintain quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Study zone drawings to prepare material, equipment, and man‑hour requirements based on project priorities and schedule.
• Review sub‑contractor performance, guide teams, and report issues to the Site Manager for corrective action.
• Supervise and monitor site labor force and subcontractor work, handling day‑to‑day site issues.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control Department for inspections/tests and implement corrective actions when required.
• Prepare daily status reports presenting zone performance and obstacles.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are applied by all site personnel.
• Monitor labor productivity rates to stay within budget.
• Collaborate with other trades and the technical office to resolve problems and ensure correct implementation of shop drawings.
• Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical site engineering.
• Good command of English.
