Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales)

About the role

Alkan Telecom is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead presales solution design and technical positioning across its Digital Solutions and Professional Services practices. You will partner closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into compelling, technically sound proposals that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and develop technical proposals for cross‑practice engagements.
• Conduct demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and shape win strategies.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and costing inputs in coordination with internal teams.
• Act as the technical bridge between clients, sales, and delivery teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Digital Solutions & Professional Services portfolio and emerging market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of presales and solution consulting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior presales capacity.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Required skills

• Solution architecture for enterprise software and professional services.
• Experience with Portals, Low‑Code/No‑Code (LCNC), Business Automation, Integration, Data & AI, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with IBM and/or Oracle technologies and related certifications.
