Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join ITS’s growing IT team. The role focuses on managing our datacenter infrastructure, Microsoft services and virtualization platforms while ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Manage datacenter systems including networking, storage, VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS and Group Policy Objects.
• Support Office 365, Azure AD and Exchange Online services.
• Maintain Citrix environments (NetScaler and CVAD).
• Deploy and manage SCCM components (OSD, SUP, MP, DP).
• Monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance of all systems.
• Administer Nutanix HCI clusters.
• Ensure system security, compliance and proper documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional system administration experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO).
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler and CVAD.
• Proficiency with SCCM deployment and management.
• Experience with Azure services and Nutanix HCI.
