About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for Cilantro, ensuring timely, high‑quality hires while strengthening the employer brand. This role acts as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on workforce planning and talent market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for key positions across all business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate workforce needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs.
• Identify gaps in talent acquisition processes and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced or multinational environments.
• Proven success sourcing, interviewing, and hiring mid‑to‑senior level professionals.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
