Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Nile Developments Group’s real‑estate development and construction businesses. You will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates for technical, commercial and corporate roles.
• Maintain job postings on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the offer acceptance process.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as Time to Fill, Quality of Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Develop relationships with agencies, universities and professional networks.
• Support employer branding and participate in career fairs and talent events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in real‑estate development.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, construction, commercial and support functions.
• HR certifications are a plus.
