Senior Tax Accountant

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves overseeing the company’s tax compliance, managing electronic receipt systems, and ensuring accurate tax reporting in line with Egyptian regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Review and follow up on suppliers’ tax invoices.
- Create and manage the electronic receipts system.
- Prepare tax returns, including VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax and income tax.
- Monitor tax law updates and adjust internal policies accordingly.
- Prepare periodic reports on the company’s tax status.
- Coordinate income tax matters with external legal accountants.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting.
- 2–4 years of experience in taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws.
- Experience preparing all types of tax returns.
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in reporting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic tax systems.
- Tax return preparation.
