Senior Technical Recruiter (Banking & Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and IT positions within the banking and technology sectors. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, digital and banking‑related roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job requirements and workforce plans.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical assessments and manage feedback loops.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports, update trackers and ensure data accuracy in recruitment databases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.
• Prior recruitment experience in the banking sector is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of technical and digital job families.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
