Senior Tendering Engineer

About the role

Focal Buildings Solutions is seeking a Senior Tendering Engineer to join its New Cairo office. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing architectural tender proposals, cost estimates, and coordinating with procurement to secure competitive quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit detailed project proposals and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
• Analyse project specifications and perform quantitative assessments.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely tender submissions.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural tendering and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solid grasp of technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in procurement processes and vendor evaluation.
• Background in architectural engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a similar field.
• Experience on KSA projects is a plus.
