Senior Wholesale Roaming Specialist

About the role

Vodafone Egypt is looking for a Senior Wholesale Roaming Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of wholesale roaming and International Direct Dialling (IDD) relationships. You will drive strategy, negotiate tariffs, and ensure financial settlements align with the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual wholesale roaming strategy, roadmap and design.
• Analyse global roaming market trends, competitor activity and technology adoption to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead Inter‑Operator Tariff (IOT) negotiations, designing commitment versus discount structures.
• Manage visitor and roaming settlements with partners.
• Define commercial negotiation strategy for IDD partners, focusing on discounts and volume commitments.
• Monitor inbound traffic performance, implement corrective actions and renegotiate when needed.
• Oversee contract management to protect Vodafone Egypt’s rights and liabilities.
• Coordinate financial clearing and settlement processes with partners and finance teams.
• Build, review and submit budgets; work closely with finance for decision support.
• Enhance automation milestones for traffic monitoring and steer cost‑reduction actions.
