Senior Wholesale Spare Parts Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior professional to lead our wholesale spare parts sales in Cairo. You will be responsible for growing our customer base of workshops, garages, service centers, and fleet operators while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of wholesale customers.
• Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and credit terms.
• Advise customers on correct part selection, including OEM vs. aftermarket and cross‑referencing by make/model/VIN.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle warranty claims, returns, and part‑related disputes.
• Visit workshops regularly to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and mentor junior sales staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive spare parts wholesale or distribution sales.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, OEM/aftermarket cross‑referencing, and parts catalogs.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems.
