About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on SEO Specialist to own our organic visibility and drive measurable growth in search. This remote position blends technical, on‑page, and content SEO, allowing you to build scalable acquisition engines and see direct commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies across technical, on‑page, and content pillars.
• Conduct keyword and intent research to guide content creation and page prioritisation.
• Audit site health, crawlability, indexation, and page speed; implement technical improvements.
• Optimise existing pages and brief new content to match search intent.
• Adapt strategies for AI‑driven search features such as Google AI.
• Own tracking, reporting and turn data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering technical, on‑page and content SEO results.
• Strong understanding of site architecture, indexation and page‑speed factors.
• Data‑led mindset with accountability for rankings, traffic and conversion outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with content writers and development teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs or SEMrush (or similar SEO tools).
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress, Shopify or comparable CMS platforms.
