About the role

We are seeking an energetic, customer‑focused Server to join our dynamic team at an Accor‑affiliated hotel in Cairo. As the face of the restaurant, you will deliver exceptional service, create memorable dining experiences, and contribute to a positive, responsible hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain organized, properly set tables throughout service periods.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with integrity.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously and efficiently.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food‑safety standards in the dining area.
• Perform side‑work duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning stations, and preparing the dining space.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Solid basic math skills for accurate financial transactions.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.

Required skills
