Service Advisor Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor Engineer to join our on‑site team in Sheikh Zayed and ABo Rawash, Egypt. The role bridges cutting‑edge engineering solutions with exceptional customer care, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand service needs, diagnose issues, and provide clear technical explanations.
• Perform initial assessments, identify mechanical and electrical faults, and coordinate service interventions.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, diagnoses, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to deliver cohesive service solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar technical support or service engineering role.
• Strong background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and exceed customer expectations.
