Service Delivery Manager – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join its Advisory practice in Cairo. You will work with senior business leaders to solve complex problems, drive sustainable change and deliver high‑impact solutions across strategy, data, risk and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, implement and monitor service delivery initiatives for large, complex clients.
• Analyse client data and stakeholder input to develop actionable recommendations and business cases.
• Identify and resolve issues that impede team performance, ensuring high‑quality outputs that meet firm and client expectations.
• Facilitate consensus among diverse viewpoints and communicate concise, impactful messages to senior stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in advisory or consulting environments, preferably with exposure to large‑scale transformation projects.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members, encouraging ownership of personal growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and inclusive leadership.
