Service Delivery Manager - Senior Manager (ETIC Alliance)

About the role

PwC Cairo is hiring a Senior Manager, Service Delivery Manager for its ETIC alliance. The role supports the execution of the Oracle alliance strategy, the annual business plan and long-term growth objectives, acting as a trusted liaison between PwC and Oracle and coordinating joint go-to-market initiatives, account planning and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle, PwC leadership, account teams and key alliance stakeholders, and coordinate joint GTM initiatives, campaigns and market development programs.
• Identify, develop and accelerate alliance-generated business opportunities, and partner with sales, consulting and account teams to position Oracle solutions in client opportunities.
• Facilitate joint pursuit planning, track and report on pipeline, bookings, revenue influence and partnersourced opportunities, and run alliance dashboards, scorecards, forecasts and executive reports.
• Coordinate executive governance meetings, QBRs, steering committees and performance reviews, and prepare executive presentations and briefing materials.
• Manage partner funding programs, business development funds and their utilization tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, client events, webinars and thought leadership, and support sales plays, value propositions, case studies and success stories.
• Drive enablement programs, certifications and training, track certification progress and adoption of Oracle technologies, and maintain playbooks, stakeholder maps and knowledge repositories.
• Maintain alliance data in CRM and reporting systems, escalate risks and constraints, and support annual planning, budgeting and investment planning.
• Work with Sales, Consulting, Managed Services, Delivery, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Procurement and Finance, and champion alliance best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years in alliance management, business development, partner ecosystems or strategic partnerships.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce or similar ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with pipeline reporting, governance and performance management.
• Commercial mindset with technology consulting or cloud transformation exposure.
