Service Engineer – Alexandria

About the role

AMICO Group is seeking a Service Engineer to join its biomedical equipment team in Alexandria. The role focuses on installing, inspecting, and maintaining medical devices while providing technical support and training to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install medical devices at customer sites and verify proper operation.
• Inspect received devices and spare parts for quality and conformity.
• Train end‑users on device operation and safety procedures.
• Provide warranty, service‑contract, and charged‑service support, including fee collection.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve service issues under supervision.
• Maintain equipment in optimal working condition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in ophthalmology or dermatology equipment.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maximum age of 30 years and possession of a personal car.
