ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT Service & Support team in Alexandria. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support core ITSM processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow forms, lists, UI policies, and business rules.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and ACLs.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue modules.
• Design and maintain workflows and Flow Designer automations.
• Configure SLA definitions, notifications, and escalation rules.
• Create reports, dashboards, and scheduled jobs.
• Handle update sets, instance cloning, and scheduled upgrades.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and process configuration change requests.
• Maintain platform documentation and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL foundations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset.
