Showroom Manager

About the role

Homzmart, Egypt's marketplace for furniture and home goods, is looking for a Showroom Manager in Al Abageyah. The role manages all daily showroom operations, leads the showroom team and ensures the showroom reflects the company's brand while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory and visual merchandising
• Lead, train and motivate the showroom team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Analyse sales performance, customer feedback and operational data to improve results and hit KPIs
• Keep the showroom aligned with the brand in layout, cleanliness, product presentation and ambiance
• Oversee scheduling, team delegation and employee performance management
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate with e-commerce, marketing, logistics and customer service teams
• Plan and run in-store promotions, product launches and seasonal displays
• Report regularly to senior management on showroom metrics, customer behaviour and team performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture, home décor or lifestyle brands
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading teams
• Strong leadership, organisational and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
