Site Engineer – Construction & Interior Fit-out

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities at our New Cairo projects. The role involves ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and safety standards while coordinating with project teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Monitor quality, safety regulations and company procedures on‑site.
• Review technical drawings, resolve on‑site technical issues and inspect completed work.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials and equipment, and control inventory.
• Organise material deliveries and attend site meetings to provide progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site engineering experience, preferably in construction or interior fit‑out.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
